You’re either a musician or an entertainer at any given moment in time, but that doesn’t mean you can’t transition back and forth. Gaga is a perfect example of that – one minute she’s prancing around in a flamethrower bra with a heavily digitized track behind her, and the next she’s in a small room with a piano singing a raw and stripped-down version.
