Even if Rogers is still Protect our freedom to vote shirt . a fresh face on the industry scene. having shown just twice on the runway at Fashion Week, he is no stranger to celebrity dressing. In recent months, his work has been worn by Lizzo, Tessa Thompson, and Tracee Ellis Ross, among many others. But to have Obama show him love meant the world, and as he explained further over email this afternoon, “It means the world to me and my team that one of the most outspoken and inspiring women chose to wear our work and chose to close out her book tour [in it]. Her being a highly progressive woman of color makes it that much more special.”

Rogers also explained that the conceptualization of the suit was done in collaboration with Koop, and that they “talked back and forth for a few weeks about what to do Protect our freedom to vote shirt .” Ultimately, he says, “I wanted something gently arresting, so we nixed the idea of bright colors and went with a mid-toned cyan, something strongly hued but not electric.” He adds, “We also really wanted to highlight our tailoring capabilities and show that we actually cut clothes really well, so we kept the color semi-neutral.”The sharp suit certainly helped Obama go out, as she always does, on a high note, and Rogers is humbled. “I think it’s definitely another milestone in my very short career,” he says. “I didn’t expect this to happen this soon. It reiterates the fact that we mean business and we’re not just making evening gowns and ruffled confections. We make clothes for real people with voices and points of view about the way they want to dress themselves.” A perfect fit for a powerhouse dresser, like Mrs. O.This weekend, Jennifer Lawrence celebrated her recent engagement to art gallerist Cooke Maroney in New York City. And while details of the actual engagement party itself remain under wraps, Lawrence’s stylists, Jill Lincoln and Jordan Johnson, did just post a sneak peek at her celebratory fashion of choice, which was by a trusty label that she’s worn on the step and repeat.

This really gave my husband so much joy! He said it brought back a lot of memories for him since this was his favorite group when he was younger… he truly loved this shirt, so glad I got it! The picture and vibrancy that’s in this photo is as is, you get what you see!

This shirt looks exactly as described and is so cute! I will be wearing it to Catcon this year (in LA). It is 100% cotton and that is good for summer, however it is that stiffer cotton. Might soften a bit in the wash but likely not much. You will need to wash it before wearing as it has a slight chemical smell that is common with screen printed shirts. Great purchase!

Nice shirt, would be a great shirt if not cotton, but more of a breathable shirt
