Product Description

Trust me Neurodiversity brain Dyslexia ADHD Autism Epilepsy shirt . I know some of the people there are very oversensitive and subjective but they do have lots of direct connections with sellers and are always showing them what to make next, UK might be able to make this if you petition it on FS. not sure why you’re downvoted, its an honest opinion. I think the quality of materials and embroidery on the real piece are what will make it stand out in person. and yes definitely going for an 80’s vibe, but lots of designers seem to be doing it nowadays.

can agree it sometimes gets over-done Neurodiversity brain Dyslexia ADHD Autism Epilepsy shirt . I mean, that’s a pretty nice area. I know Walgreens down the street is paying at least $50 NNN and the nicer shops along Broadway (dry hop, Argo Tea, Chipotle, etc.) are definitely paying rents that are close to that. Of course, they have the right to do this, but because it’s part of a trend that will alter the fundamental character of a neighborhood, a discussion is certainly worthy…Lakeview was once its own city and now it’s about 10 years away from being River North North… There is probably no way to stop this transition and god knows we will all survive, but a bit of character will be lost. I can agree on expensive upkeep, but “lower quality” is factually untrue for many, many buildings in this city. This is a normal process though. Part of the reason they probably cant leads is not that the rent is too high per day but because “vintage” usually means lower quality and expensive upkeep and is less desirable. The vintage isn’t what people should really sweat much over. our city is filled with beautiful prewar Craftsman buildings built by European artisans. it’s literally our architectural heritage. the buildings replacing them are not anywhere near to the same quality or aesthetic standard, and it cheapens our city. we should absolutely sweat over losing them. There are thriving cosmopolitan cities with buildings dating back to the 17th century. Creative developers have found ways to maintain history while making the buildings usable. If you want to live by the “vintage means lower quality” principle, there are cities where just about everything was built in the last 30 years, and they lack any sense of history or identity.
