I love drinking beer on the weekends Friday through Saturday night I’ll have 25 beers and into Sunday sometimes. I’m tired of the weight gain from the beer and I know that’s what is causing it. I do construction too so it’s easy to make the excuse I’m too tired once I get home. I’m starting tonight.
