Finally the scene with the guy Happy Halloween 2020 Jack O Lantern In Mask Funny Quarantine shirt . the propeller happens. and I hold my breath cause there’s no way he’d find my laughter appropriate right then. The movie ended and my now very sad and low key traumatized boyfriend says “What could have possibly been the funny part?” I was like “uhhh, nothing……… just the guy hitting the propeller on the way down. There was some stupid scene in the movie Anger Management with Adam Sandler that made my friend and I burst out laughing when it came on. We couldn’t stop laughing and our other friends were embarrassed to be with us. I’ve since watched the same movie and didn’t laugh once.

It was actually a lot better than I expected. A lot of great funny moments but also a lot of heartfelt moments and important messages that I think are delivered super well for a satirical movie. This is the End. I don’t usually watch stoner movies, so I didn’t know what I expected. I just couldn’t breathe halfway through the movie from all the laughing I did, and my friend was already mad at me coz I didn’t stop laughing even after the funny scene was done. The stupid funny shit in that movie resonated with me I guess. I had the exact same reaction! The first time I saw it, I just didn’t get it. I kept waiting for it to a plot, but it really doesn’t. It’s just this kid’s life. The second time I saw it, I wasn’t expecting anything, and I laughed the entire way through. It’s still one of my favorite movies. Yep, same. I didn’t get the hype. I had rented it from Redbox and it just so happened that my car needed to go to the shop, and was there for days due to a huge snowstorm. Long story short, I ended up owning it, so I watched it again and laughed my ass off. On another snow day, I had my son watch it, and he didn’t get it, either. Then the next day he asked to watch it again, and now it’s our favorite movie to watch together. Side note, I still have my “Vote for Pedro” T-shirt.
