He needs another charting hit like mask off and I think his career trajectory would be unstoppable. Exactly. If there’s a good Tyga single I’ll check it out and maybe even it to a playlist or something, but I’m not gonna stay up till midnight and get hype over an album or anything lol Tyga said in an interview that he didn’t even want to release an album because singles do so much better but I think the label wanted him too and he thought to fuck it may as well. After a few listens I really enjoyed it, not gonna lie. Tygas music is really catchy to me but I’m aware it has 0 substance and won’t last more than a week. It’s a shame because I think he can rap if he tries but he would rather make the singles than a good album. This album apparently was released through his independent label. With that context, 24K is actually really good in this case. It’s way more than he was selling during his career slump. Also, Taste is on the album which will boost sales (not counting the first week).
