Now when I travel to the mainland, I see the multitudes of them encroaching everywhere and feel seriously sorry for the residents.

Additionally, it has nothing to do with Floating tshirt the government dictating what we can and can’t see. He’s not responsible for introducing legislation, so he didn’t initiate this. Further, there’s no restriction on the continuation of land-based billboards so there’s no censorship.
