And I’m sorry – but since when are 3-year-olds developmentally ready to read and write cohesive sentences? I can choose the thoughts I wish to act on andhow to watch my thoughts come into my mind and leave my mind like a leaf on a river floating past. I was so Happy to learn this. It was the start of my self acceptance and self love. It’s a very peaceful feeling. Also, we need to forgive ourselves to let go of the energetic pain that gets stuck in our bodies.
